Is it possible to get a materials list before purchasing the plans so I can calculate the total cost?

Front on roof framing mislabeled?

I could definitely be wrong here, but I couldn't get the rafters to line up correctly when using the physical plans and video combo. If I start the front right 16" from the edge (from video instruction) there is no overhang (when accompanied by the physical plans). It seems like the front is mislabeled on the physical plans. It lined up when I flipped the measurements. Again, I could be wrong. Although I'm very handy (or handsy if you ask my wife), but I'm definitely not a professional carpenter. Otherwise great plans.
